WE ARE RESPONSIBLE  

For damages caused by us as a foreseeable result of our failure to handle products with care. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE

For any unpredictable damage or loss that is not obvious during the order process by both sides.

For business losses because the products we supply are meant to be used by individuals for their own use. 

For any kind of personal injury or death caused using our products including defective products.

EVENTS WE CANNOT CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in implementation of, any of our obligations that is caused by: strike, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, war, fire, explosion, natural disaster, epidemic or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of any kind of private transport.

In case such an event takes place our obligations under these terms will be suspended and the time for implementation of our obligations will be extended for the duration of any event outside our control. You will be notified and in case our delivery of products to you will be affected, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the event is over. 

You may cancel an order affected by such an event which has continued for more than 40 days if the products you ordered are pre-paid but not delivered because of the event. Cancellation must be sent via the contact form in our website. We will refund the price you have paid.

We aim to protect your personal information. We use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy that is included in this website.

Shipping available only for Cyprus. Next day delivery.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders €100+: Delivery to your door
  • Orders €40-€99: Free to ACS or Akis Express location/ €5 for home delivery
  • Orders €10-€39: €2 to ACS or Akis Express location/ €5 for home delivery

RETURNS POLICY

Returns can be accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us in writing by completing the contact form or by phone to let us know if you would like a different product or a credit voucher to be used for a later purchase. Only new, undamaged, unused products in original sealed packaging can be returned. We will issue the credit note after we receive and inspect the returned product.

PAYMENTS & REFUND

Payment is required in advance by debit or credit card. Refunds will be given in the form of a credit note to be used for a future purchase. No cash refund.

We may transfer this agreement including our rights and obligations to another organization. If this happens you will be informed in writing and we will ensure your rights won’t be affected. 

You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to someone else. 

Only you have any rights under this agreement and no other individual shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms in any way. 

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of this agreement.

If a court finds part of this agreement illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the sections of these Terms operates separately. 

If any legal authority decides that any part of this agreement is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect. 

In case any cause of action arises by you bridging the terms of this agreement and we don’t realize it immediately we can also enforce the agreement at a later stage.

The terms of this agreement are governed by Cyprus law. Any agreement for any purchase of any product via our website and any possible claim or dispute arising will be governed by Cyprus law and any legal proceedings in respect of the products can be brought in Cyprus courts.
